Logius and Visma Connect extend their collaboration in development of XBRL taxonomies
Amsterdam - Logius and Visma Connect have signed a new collaboration agreement. The IT service provider, specializing in data exchange, will continue to support Logius over the next four years in the development of internationally accepted XBRL taxonomies. This facilitates large-scale and standardized digital data exchange.
Further development of XBRL Taxonomies
For the past decade, Visma Connect has developed XBRL taxonomies for Logius, in charge of the generic ICT facilities within the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations.
In the extended collaboration, Visma Connect will further develop, validate, and maintain XBRL taxonomies in the annual reporting domain. Within this domain, taxonomies are essential for improving process efficiency and data quality in submitting annual accounts, forecasts, and policy information. The annual reporting domain is an important component for Standard Business Reporting (SBR), the Chamber of Commerce (KVK), SBR-wonen (Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations), and the Ministry of Education.
All expertise under one roof
The reason Logius once again partners with Visma Connect is the knowledge and skills that the IT specialist brings. There is no dependency on third parties, allowing Logius to benefit from all the necessary expertise within one company. The joint ambition of the parties is to deliver and further develop a significant contribution to the Dutch Taxonomy (NT)."
